Avance advises Nrep’s Nordic Strategy Fund 3 (NSF III) and Pontos in the divestment of their respective shareholdings in Avia Real Estate Oy to Finavia. Avia Real Estate Oy is a real estate investment and development company that owns, manages and leases buildings and properties in close proximity to the Helsinki Airport, with approximately 210,000 sqm of total lettable premises. In connection with the transaction, Nrep and Pontos have also acquired Finavia’s stake in a logistics property under development for DHL Express’ use.
