Avance advises Lumme Palvelukiinteistöt (jointly owned by Alma Property Partners and senior members of the operating team) in relation to agreements on the development and long-term lease of four new care properties for Mehiläinen. Lumme has designed the properties in collaboration with Mehiläinen, contractors, and wellbeing services counties. The collaboration further strengthens the position of Lumme as a developer in the care property segment.
