Avance further strengthens its capital markets, finance and general transactional practices as Robin Nordblad joins the firm as partner on 16 December.
Robin is recognized as a leading transactional lawyer in the Finnish market. Over the course of his 12-year career in legal practice, he has focused in particular on corporate finance, including banking and capital markets work, public and private M&A transactions as well as financial regulatory work. Before his recent return to Finland, Robin worked in the New York and London offices of the Wall Street law firm Fried Frank and in the London office of the investment bank Goldman Sachs.

Robin is a member of the Finnish and New York bar associations and holds law degrees from the University of Helsinki and Harvard Law School, where he was a Fulbright scholar.
