Avance advises funds managed by Slättö in two separate acquisitions of residential portfolios in Finland, for a total transaction value of EUR 130 million. The acquisitions are made with Finnish institutional investors as co-investors.
The residential portfolios comprise approximately 800 residential units in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area and Tampere. The assets have strong locations in their respective submarkets and are of high standards, with the majority being newly built properties.
