Kaisa focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments in a broad range of industries. She also advises clients on general contract and corporate law matters. Kaisa has previously gained experience as inhouse counsel for a Finnish investment firm. In addition to a law degree, she holds a B.Soc.Sc. degree in International Relations.
