Sampsa Suominen
Sampsa represents fund and industrial clients in mergers and acquisitions, investments as well as shareholder, contractual and corporate matters. He has extensive experience from M&A and private equity transactions, as well as large-scale infrastructure investments and projects, including in particular renewable energy transactions and green transition projects. Sampsa also regularly advises investors and developer companies with respect to contractual, commercial and project development matters.
