Our top-ranked competition and regulatory practice advises clients on all aspects of EU and competition law, including merger control and other M&A related antitrust matters, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, as well as private enforcement. We have significant experience in public procurement and state aid matters, regularly assisting clients on assessments, regulatory processes, and appeal proceedings.
