Avance advises CapMan Infra and its portfolio company Valokuitunen Oy in the acquisition of Telia’s residential area fibre network.
If completed, this will mark Finland’s largest fiber network agreement to date, bringing Valokuitunen over 16,000 new customers. The network will serve more than 31,500 households across 72 municipalities, expanding Valokuitunen’s reach to nearly 400,000 households.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close at the end of 2024.
